NOW Glucomannan is a soluble, bulk-forming fibre derived from the Konjac Root (Amorphophallus konjac) that can help to maintain intestinal regularity. Glucomannan may also help to maintain serum lipid levels already within the healthy range. In addition, by promoting satiety (feeling of fullness), Glucomannan can be a convenient addition to a weight management plan that includes a healthy diet and exercise program.

Glucomannan is a dietary fibre and works in the intestines by absorbing water to form a bulky fibre. This helps slow the absorption of sugar and cholesterol from the gut, helping to regulate cholesterol and sugar levels plus promoting a feeling of satiety. Therefore enabling you to feel full for a longer period, and help keep cravings suppressed and hunger controlled.

INGREDIENTS
Glucomannan (from konjac root)
Other ingredients: bovine gelatin (capsule), cellulose, silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source)

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Capsules (60 servings) – ADULTS Take 3 575mg capsules once or twice daily before meals.
Powder (114 servings) – ADULTS Take 1/2 teaspoon (2grams) once or twice daily before meals.
