SANDERSON REAL SLEEP FX  is a comprehensive, high potency combination of 7 herbs plus magnesium to help your mind and body relax and support getting to sleep and staying asleep.

Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate supports relaxation. Zizyphus jujube (red date) is an anxiolytic and supports sleeps. Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) is a calming sedative herb. Humulus lupulus (Hops) is a calming sedative herb. Scutellaria latiflora (American Scullcap) is a nervine herb that supports sleep. Prunus cerasus (Tart Cherry) promotes levels of exogenous melatonin. Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) calms and promotes sleep. Eschscholtzia californica (California Poppy) is an anxiolytic and supports sleep.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
ADULTS 1-2 tablets daily a hour before bedtime or as professionally prescribed. Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.
