Bio-Curcumin Advanced® with BCM95® contains a standardised extract of Boswellia serrata containing a rich supply of AKBA and no other β-boswellic acids. AKBA (or 3-Acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid) has been shown to be the most potent anti-inflammatory component of Boswellia, whereas some other β-boswellic acids may exacerbate or compound the effects of pro-inflammatory enzymes. It therefore makes sense to consider supplementation rich in AKBA which is free from other β-boswellic acids for the purpose of reducing pain and inflammation. AKBAMAX® is a proven antioxidant and is known to support the maintenance of healthy joints.

INGREDIENTS (per vege cap)
BCM-95® Curcuma longa L. (turmeric) extract 250 mg [rhizome, 25:1 extract standardised to total curcuminoid complex 95 % with essential oils of turmeric rhizome], AKBAMAX® Boswellia serrata L. extract 250 mg [standardised to boswellic acids 45 % and AKBA 10 %], Other ingredients include Organic Nu-Rice® in a clear vegetable capsule.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults and children over 12 years: For the first 3 days, take 2 capsules twice daily with food. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily with food as required.
