EVE Period Pal is formulated for those suffering from pre-menstrual syndrome. If you’d describe you’re PMS as ‘moderate to severe’ and deal monthly with symptoms like irregular periods, weight fluctuations, acne, bloating, and sleep issues, chances are you could use a helping hand, naturally. Period Pal’s formula of nutrients and herbs act to support healthy ovulation and progesterone production to help keep periods balanced and as hassle-free as can be.

It contains natural ingredients to support your mood, breast tenderness, healthy ovulation, hormonal acne and premenstrual headaches.

INGREDIENTS (per 2 vege capsules)
Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus cactus) extract 400mg, Ashwagandha extract (10% withanolides) 300mg, Ginkgo Biloba extract (minimum 24% Ginkgoflavonglycosides) 320mg, Iodine (from Atlantic Kelp) 100mcg, and the ever-important Zinc (as gluconate) 15mg.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Take 2 capsules daily throughout the month, or as directed by your GP. We recommend taking them at the same time each morning to fit with our hormonal circadian rhythm.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Period Pal is not recommended for those 18 and under, with nightshade allergies or sensitivities to the listed ingredients, who are pregnant, or breastfeeding. Those on thyroid medication should consult their GP before use as this product contains Iodine. Recommended to be taken away from medications.
