RECOMMENDED USE
Use your paddle-pop stick (or something similar that is non-metallic) to scoop out a small amount of Teethpaste from the jar. Apply to toothbrush bristles and spread around your teeth. Brush gently to clean. Be sure to spit out and rinse your mouth well. Do not swallow.
