ZURMA essential oil in clove bud has a welcoming, strong, warm, woody-spice smell that can be uplifting for mood. This is a very strong essential oil, warming and stimulating so it is great when added in low doses to a nut or seed oil for use as a muscle balm and/or for digestive complaints when massaged into the skin. Low dose = 1 drop into 100ml Nut or Seed Base Oil.

Strong oil best used in low doses e.g. diluted 1% or less in a carrier oil. Non- toxic – but can be irritating to sensitive skin. Avoid in pregnancy and with young children.
