We are not writing long legal texts governing the sale and are happy to adhere to consumer law in New Zealand.
Because of what we are selling, we ask that you always read and follow the information provided on the packaging labels received and and use this as your key source of information. Please read the label and use only as directed.
The packaging labels come directly from the manufacturer and match the exact batch and product whereas it can take time for us to receive and update the same information on our site.
The prices we charge are clearly stated at the time of purchase and we have a no surprises philosophy around price because this is only fair.
We use courier companies we trust and make every effort to ensure the products arrive safely but cannot take responsibility for product once signed for upon delivery.
Within a month of purchasing we can accept returns of any unopened product that is in a good condition. You will need to courier the product to us at your cost and are responsible for it getting delivered safely.
Because we are a small retailer, any orders having a quantity exceeding 5 of the same product cannot be returned however we will work within the consumer law for any faulty goods.
If issues arise we will endeavor to find a workable solution within our obligations as a New Zealand retailer and we ship only in New Zealand.
